Patricia Agnello

Business Development Operations Lead

Patricia brings more than 30 years of experience in business operations, legal, governance, and human resources leadership. In this role, she will focus on strengthening operational infrastructure, enhancing business development execution, and supporting the firm’s continued growth.

She previously served as Chief People Officer and Employment Counsel at OnMed, Chief Human Resources Officer and Employment Counsel at Icahn Enterprises, and held a senior HR leadership role at Marsh. Across these roles, she led global human capital strategy and supported complex, multi-entity organizations.

Patricia holds a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, an MBA from Adelphi University, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Marymount Manhattan College.

She is also deeply committed to community service, currently serving on the Miami Beach City Commission’s Committee on the Homeless and as Founder and Resident Lead of the Mid-Beach Neighborhood Association Homelessness Working Group.
