Kristy serves as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Clinical Officer at IronStreet Advisors. A board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over a decade of frontline and leadership experience, she currently practices in a major healthcare system in Atlanta and brings real-world clinical insight directly into IronStreet’s strategic and operational advisory work. Dr. Whyte ensures IronStreet’s strategies are clinically credible, operationally executable, and aligned with how healthcare is delivered in practice.

Dr. Whyte serves as both a Medical Leader and Director of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) operations for her large emergency medicine group and has deep expertise in clinical governance, provider alignment, and scalable care delivery models. A former Chief Resident at Emory University/Grady Memorial Hospital and healthcare entrepreneur, she is also a former Division I student-athlete at the University of Miami and an Iron Arrow tappee—the University’s highest honor for leadership and character. Dr. Whyte is based in Atlanta, where she lives with her husband and son.
