Over a career spanning Founder, President, COO, and CTO roles, he has built, scaled, and served on executive teams that delivered five successful exits while advising boards, venture groups, and enterprise leaders on modernization, commercialization, and strategic transformation across healthcare and technology.

Brian brings deep expertise in digital health, AI, and the design and operation of highly scalable, next‑generation systems. He most recently led one of the nation’s largest payvider SaaS platforms at enGen, a Highmark Health company, where he drove enterprise‑wide operational excellence, platform modernization, and a return to sustained growth. Prior to that, he led Enterprise Operations, Technology, UX, and Revenue Management at Sharecare, Rosetta, QualityHealth, SimStar, and Lante all while serving Fortune 100 organizations as well as top‑tier startups around the world and across multiple industries. His track record of elevating client and user experience, strengthening operating models & financial performance, and reimagining breakthrough products now fuels IronStreet’s mission to help founders, operators, and investors build enduring, high‑impact companies.
