IronStreet Advisors is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Colyer has joined the firm as a Principal, further strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities across healthcare services, digital health, and growth-stage enterprise strategy.
Elizabeth brings more than fifteen years of leadership experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data-driven commercial strategy. Most recently, she served as General Manager and Chief Commercial Officer at Sharecare, where she held full P&L responsibility for the Enterprise division and led a team of more than 300 employees across population health and enterprise solutions. In that role, she oversaw the commercial and operational execution of Sharecare’s Enterprise offerings, including their core digital platform, connected digital therapeutics, care management, advocacy, coaching, and caregiving solutions.
During her tenure, Elizabeth partnered with a broad portfolio of clients across self-insured employers, health systems, commercial health plans, and managed care organizations. She also played a key leadership role through a period of significant corporate transformations, contributing to 17 acquisitions, Sharecare’s 2021 IPO, and its subsequent transition to private equity ownership in 2024.
Prior to her most recent role at Sharecare, Elizabeth led multiple high-impact functions spanning account management, business intelligence, community well-being, and digital data strategy. She began her career in consulting and healthcare-focused data strategy roles, building a foundation in enterprise analytics and consumer experience optimization that continues to inform her leadership approach today.
At IronStreet Advisors, Elizabeth will contribute immediately across client engagements and firm initiatives, bringing deep operational expertise and a track record of scaling complex healthcare businesses through periods of rapid growth and transformation.
Elizabeth holds a B.A. in International Business and an A.B. in Spanish from the University of Georgia.
