Elizabeth Colyer

Principal

Elizabeth Colyer is a Principal at IronStreet Advisors, bringing more than fifteen years of experience leading commercial, operational, and data-driven growth strategy across healthcare, technology, and population health organizations.

Most recently, Elizabeth served as General Manager and Chief Commercial Officer at Sharecare, where she held full P&L responsibility for the Enterprise division and led a cross-functional organization of more than 300 employees. She oversaw the commercial and operational delivery of Sharecare’s enterprise offerings, including digital health platforms, connected digital therapeutics, coaching, advocacy, case and care management, and caregiving solutions.

In this role, Elizabeth worked with a diverse set of clients across self-insured employers, health systems, commercial health plans, and managed care organizations. She also played a key leadership role during a period of major corporate evolutions, contributing to 17 acquisitions, Sharecare’s 2021 IPO, and its subsequent transition to private equity ownership in 2024.

Earlier in her career at Sharecare, Elizabeth led divisions spanning account management, business intelligence, community well-being, and digital data strategy. She began her career in consulting and healthcare-focused analytics roles, developing an expertise in enterprise data strategy and consumer experience optimization that continues to inform her leadership approach today.

Elizabeth holds a B.A. in International Business and an A.B. in Spanish from the University of Georgia.
