A proven healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership across payers, providers, pharmacy, life sciences, and direct-to-patient engagement, Brian brings a rare combination of operational expertise and strategic vision. His leadership will accelerate IronStreet’s mission to drive innovation and transformation across the healthcare ecosystem.
Brian’s career includes transformative leadership roles at some of the industry’s most influential organizations. Most recently, he served as COO and later President of enGen, a Highmark Health subsidiary, where he led enterprise-wide technology modernization, client operations, and payvider solution commercialization. He previously held senior technology and operational roles at leading health technology and digital solution companies, spearheading SaaS/PaaS innovation, market expansion, and operational scale that fueled growth and multiple successful exits. In addition, he founded Digital Health Xcelerator, LLC, guiding emerging healthcare startups in market growth, technology strategy, AI integration, and operational excellence & scale.
